Mari Mujiri, MPH (C)

Assistant Program Coordinator, Teaching Assistant

Mari Mujiri brings a wealth of experience in public health research, research design and analysis, and research and proposal presentation to the Research Skills Development Course. Currently in her final year of study for her Master of Public Health at Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University, she has wide and varied experiences in teaching both in person and online, in supporting projects and presentations, and in creating dynamic and valued course content.

Before pursuing her Master of Public Health, Mari completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology, focusing heavily on health, social, and cross-cultural psychology. She now applies this knowledge to the public health environment, bringing fresh perspectives to the critical issues, research methods, and cultural challenges unique to global health programs and initiatives.

"My background in social and cross-cultural psychology enables me to evaluate and guide presentations and proposals in unique ways. It brings a different understanding that helps enrich the work we're all doing."
